Adding Jaxcat Gadget exercise #12

The process of how to add the gadget is very interesting. But how much it would be useful
is kind of grey. I would probably use it when I am working on my web2.0 at the reference desk
and I need to help a customer then I don't have to tab between windows. That is the only time I would be using it.
